This is my passion project. A chance for me to share a lifetime of knowledge (and hopefully a little bit of wisdom) that I have learned over my career as a Training & Development Program Manager at a world leading semiconductor (30 years) and as a grassroots soccer/futbol coach (23 years).
It's also an opportunity for me to connect and learn from other people in the football community and share our passion for developing a life long love of the game for those we have the privilege of coaching.
Together with an amazing full stack developer who is passionate and extremely talented in creating learning and development systems and data architecture, we are building simple tools to help coaches, players and parents obtain deeper insights and have better conversations around each players' development and growth opportunities.
